Mr. Fields is a highly skilled organizational leader who is trained as a civil engineer, urban planner, and public policy specialist. He offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise concerning the urban inner-city affairs of Louisville Metro. His goal is to facilitate community solutions on critical policy areas including education, workforce development, housing, and urban development. In his current capacity at LCCC, Mr. Fields provides organizational and community leadership toward enhancing the capacity and quality of LCCC’s direct service portfolio, while helping to raise the organization’s profile as a major catalyst for change. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Public Administration in Urban Planning from the University of Louisville.
